Delivery, Returns and Customer Service

Delivery methods and prices (Finland)

Shipping costs are added to your cart automatically. We ship orders as soon as possible after they are placed.

International delivery
We deliver to EU countries and Scandinavia. Delivery to Scandinavia takes 3–5 business days and costs €9.90. Delivery to the Baltic countries takes 3–5 business days and costs €11.90. Delivery to other EU countries takes 7–9 business days, from €12.90. Carriers are PostNord, GLS, DPD and UPS, depending on your location.

Exchanges and returns

• You can return products within 30 days of receiving them.
• Products must be unused and in resalable condition, preferably in their original packaging.
• Size exchanges for the same product are free. Other exchanges are handled as a new order.
• The return fee is €6.90. If the product is faulty or incorrect, we also refund the shipping costs.
• We refund returns within 4 days of receiving them.

How to return

1. Fill in the online exchange and return form [link].
2. If you ordered with PostNord, a return label was included in your parcel. Attach it and take the parcel to a PostNord parcel locker or service point.
3. For other delivery methods, contact customer service and we will give you a personal return code.
4. Include your name, address, phone number and order number in the parcel.

Payment methods
Cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay and Google Pay via Shopify Payments, and Finnish online bank payments via Paytrail. All prices include 25.5% VAT.

Payment processing is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on your bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the supplier of the product first.
